How ŌZC Can Help

Opportunity Zone Consultants (OZC) has assembled an internal team of real estate and small business M&A professionals, along with an outside team of accountants and law firms to creatively structure, implement and execute on investment vehicles within opportunity zones.  In addition to its own Investment Funds, OZC is assisting accountants, business owners, and investors in sourcing and certifying opportunity zone transactions.  Because of the lack of clear guidance from the IRS on some of the nuances of the requirements of the legislation, OZC is in regular contact with the thought leaders behind the legislation to get the most up to date best practices for structuring deals that comply with the law.

Why do you have a line over the O in the ŌZC logo?

The line above the O indicates a long vowel sound—as in OH. We pronounce it OHz, instead of Oz. In Greek and Hebrew, the word “oz” is pronounced OHz and means “stronghold.”

The Land of Oz can be a frontier of smoke and mirrors. Allow Ōz to be the stronghold you can trust.
